Returns & Refunds Policy

We hope you love your purchase, but we understand that sometimes things just don't work out. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with an item, you may return it to us for exchange within 7 days of receipt. Unfortunately we do not offer refunds. Please contact us prior to returning your item.

Please note that return shipment costs are the responsibility of the buyer. Returned goods must be delivered to us unused, in original packaging and in the condition they were received.

Only items purchased on the Herbier website can be returned for an exchange. Items purchased in a retail store must be returned to their original point of purchase.

Should an item be damaged while it is being shipped to you by us, Herbier will provide you with a replacement. Return postage will be reimbursed in case of damaged, defective or incorrectly sent items.

Please retain your postal receipt from the provider until you are certain your parcel has been safely received by us. We may need to see this if we fail to receive your package.
